I find the staff very friendly, especially gaya and barbie. the hotel has a good and relaxing vibe. the hotel was very clean. The rooms and the lobby smell really good. we liked the great pool area and the amazing view. we were also very happy with the free parking.

Room was poor here. the room was old fashioned and basic. the bed was big and comfortable, though. i noticed an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom. Water would come and go in spurs and make lots of noise. that was annoying.

the location was a short drive to the city, it made exploring convenient. the room had a private balcony with views. the hotel provided a private car park, this made parking stress-free.

the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up with the hot days. it was difficult with a mezzanine sleeping space. despite this issue, i enjoyed my stay.
